Addison Morgan, Volleyball
Addison Morgan signed her letter of intent to play for Forsyth Tech on Friday, November 8th. Addison is a 5'11" middle blocker from Providence Grove High School in Franklinville, NC. Addi led her team with 38 total blocks and finished with 133 kills her senior year.
"Addi is a very versatile front line player," said head coach Sarah Weavil. "She is a fierce competitor who we expect to make a signficant impact for our inaugural season."

What is your dream job?

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Nowhere in particular, but close to the mountains.
What is one thing people don't know about you?
One thing people don't know about me is that I hate asking people for anything, no matter how small it is (like borrowing a pencil).
What are you good at besides playing volleyball?
Anything involving numbers such as math.
When did you start playing volleyball, and why?
I started playing volleyball when I was in the third grade, a lot of my friends were playing it and my older cousin was currently playing for her high school team.
What position do you play?
Middle, I love this position because I get to run all kinds of different things when hitting to trick the other team.
What is your favorite volleyball memory?
My favorite volleyball memory is when my travel ball team won our very last tournament.
What is your favorite food?
Salmon
Why did you choose Forsyth Tech?
I chose Forsyth Tech because it is close to home while still being far enough so I can get a break from home. Also, the support system they have in place is relieving for someone who is just starting college.
