Support Forsyth Tech Men's Basketball: Second Annual Golf Scramble Announced

Mark your calendars! The second annual Forsyth Tech Men's Basketball Golf Scramble will take place on Monday, September 14, at the beautiful Maple Chase Golf & Country Club in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

All proceeds from this event will directly support the Forsyth Tech Men's Basketball program, helping to provide essential resources for our student-athletes and ensuring the program's continued success. We are coming off an incredibly impactful inaugural athletic season, and this golf scramble is a cornerstone of our fundraising efforts for the upcoming year.

"Last year's inaugural scramble was a fantastic event that demonstrated the amazing support we have within our community," says Head Coach Lucas Hunter. "We are excited to build on that momentum. This event is vital for our program, allowing us to enhance the student-athlete experience and compete at a high level. It's a great opportunity for our supporters to meet our team and enjoy a beautiful day of golf."

This year's event features a 4-Person Scramble format with a shotgun start at 1:00 P.M. A complete lunch will be available beginning at 12:00 P.M., with registration opening at 11:30 A.M. The cost is $500 per team or $125 per individual. Registration is all-inclusive, covering 18 holes of golf, cart, fees, a commemorative gift package, and lunch.

Prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. Additionally, individual competitors can vie for the coveted "Men's and Women's Closest to the Pin" and "Longest Drive" awards.

For those who wish to support the program but may not be golfers, we offer prominent Hole Sponsorships for $200. This is an excellent opportunity for businesses to gain visibility and show their support for the Trailblazers.
